About Us
Co-founder Barb used to dabble in the lottery, dreaming of a big win, putting out into the universe that she really would do good with the windfall. She wanted to start a foundation that would help to support various causes that were close to her family’s heart. Not surprisingly, the big win hasn’t happened (yet) but Barb had a realization that by putting her tech background together with her experience working with various non-profits over the years, she could try to get something started without the big lottery win. Thus began the inspiration for Cuppa Compassion. A joint effort began across the family, the store was created, the initial organizations to support were selected, the branding and products solidified and, thus, Cuppa Compassion was brought to life.
Our mission is to enrich lives by offering exceptional, premium, ethically sourced coffee and other unique coffee related products while donating a portion of our proceeds to charitable organizations. We aim to foster a community that values quality, sustainability, and compassion, creating a meaningful difference with every purchase. The organizations we have selected to work with provide direct aid and/or research for various causes. We offer a subscription service in order for these organizations to receive a consistent cash flow.
